I take a lot of flack from Neocons when I liken bush to hitler. I guess it isn't a nice thing to do, but is it honest?
I found myself reading the articles of the Nuremberg Principles this morning. It's like a slap a face of all Americans. It's embarrassing what this man and his cronies have done to our country. Have you seen the way we are talked about in the world? They condemn us as the new nazi germany.

Tell me, can you see our government in any of these? Can you see why the people of the world hate and distrust us? Can we Impeach the bastards now?

The America of my youth is just like a wonderful dream. Living in the frozen tundra that you, Americans, couldn't find on the map, didn't stop me thinking, perhaps naively, that everything is right in America.
Even with some of your short comings, Americans were always the good guys wearing their snow white Stetsons. To reach this lowpoint how you are precieved in the world today is almost incomprehensible. It was done in six short years and it took a "special" sort of a man to accomplish this impossible sounding feat. Unfortunately, it might take a lot longer for the world at large to precieve the Americans wearing their white Stetsons again.
Alaska, I assume?
I too come from a town you couldn't find on a map. I remember 4th of July parades and feeling proud as my dad, uncle and aunt marched, in full uniform down Main Street. What happened to the America that once jumped to it's feet? Threaten us, we banned together. If you're in need, if your country is in pain, we banned together.
The uniter has divided this nation. His proclaiming "you're either with us or against us.." and "anti-war" equals "pro-terrorists" has caused a new civil war in this country. A civil war of words.
Like you, I think it may take several decades to repair the damage of this incompetant, (incert swear words here) administration.
