I saw it when it was on...his stuff is always good to watch again...sometimes you miss stuff because of laughing so hard. But...thank goodness for people like Bill, John Stewart, Steven Colbert and Keith Olbermann for saying what needs to be said. I've watched Bill since before he became famous for it. He used to have a Sunday morning show years ago doing basically what he does now. He just moved around as he got more and more famous. I hate it when he goes on hiatus...he is missed in Sumoland.
Thanks for the reminder about what I am missing, ziem! A few years ago when Bill Maher was still available on a regular network menu, I never missed his late rant and rave show. The guy is not only natural funny-man but also knowledgeable and well informed. Boy, does he have opinions which he wasn't shy to express even when they weren't that popular! Integrity comes to mind. I missed him terribly for a while and then was finally able to forget him. Untill now, that is! Yeah, thanks again, ziem, and enjoy your HBO or where ever it is that he is appearing now! :[
PS. Even the clip you provided is beyond the capability of the pc in my use. What is that again...oh yeah, rubbing salt into the wound, that's what it is! ;)
Maybe when Bush leaves office (soon, I hope) he CAN set up a Clusterfuck Theme Park someplace in Texas. All rides would be outrageously dangerous and maintained by a crew of fake maintenance men who used to judge horse shows. Thanks for the clip - Bill Maher is great for going after Bush/Cheney for us.
